- Data Protection

- Providers of the virtual office service are required to track payments and may not accept payments originating from bank accounts of Third Parties. Therefore, 1) when the entity using the virtual office service is a legal person to be incorporated, the payment must come from the bank account of one of the future members of its governing bodies; 2) in the case of an existing legal person, the payment must come from its own bank account or from that of one of the members of its governing bodies; 3) in the case of a natural person, the payment must come from their own bank account; 4) in the case of a brand, trade name or website, the payment must come from the bank account of its holder.

- The total to pay already includes the following non-refundable amounts for the provision of the services: 1) analysis of the subscription request: € 15.00 + VAT (23%) = € 18.45; 2) service activation: € 10.00 + VAT (23%) = € 12.30.

- Applicable only to the registered address of a legal person: I certify registration in the Central Register of Beneficial Owners (Law 83/2017, Measures to Combat Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) at justica.gov.pt/servicos/Registo-de-Beneficiario-Efetivo.
